Hey there! I am Courtney, the face behind Dark Horse Photography. I’m a crazy horse lady, mom, die hard Florida State Seminole (go Noles!) and turquoise lover. As a portrait photographer based in north Texas specializing in equestrian and family photography, it’s my privilege to capture the joy between families, their horses, and big life moments!

On a weekend you can usually find me at a photoshoot, at a soccer game with my son, or riding my amazing American Paint Horse, Chief, at Buck Branch Farm.
